El dilema de la precisi\u00f3n as-built<\/b><\/h2>\n

Para la seguridad y la integridad de las redes subterr\u00e1neas de servicios p\u00fablicos es esencial disponer de mapas as-built precisos. Cuando se adjudican nuevos proyectos de instalaci\u00f3n de redes a contratistas, las empresas de servicios p\u00fablicos esperan o suponen que recibir\u00e1n datos as-built posteriores a la instalaci\u00f3n. Pero no siempre es as\u00ed, sobre todo cuando el pliego de condiciones de la empresa de servicios p\u00fablicos no aclara la precisi\u00f3n de los datos as-built o el m\u00e9todo de medici\u00f3n que debe utilizarse. Cuando se dejan abiertos a la interpretaci\u00f3n, los datos as-built inexactos, o peor a\u00fan, acaban en la plataforma GIS.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, muchas empresas de servicios p\u00fablicos son reacias a hacer m\u00e1s estrictos los requisitos de exactitud o m\u00e9todo de as-built en las licitaciones porque no disponen de medios para implantar un proceso de Garant\u00eda y Control de Calidad (QA\/QC) para verificar los requisitos.<\/p>\n

Consciente de este dilema, Reduct Cloud Services ha introducido el servicio As-Built Check (ABC). El servicio ABC integra tecnolog\u00eda, formaci\u00f3n y control de calidad en un concepto de ventanilla \u00fanica. La empresa de servicios p\u00fablicos s\u00f3lo tiene que modificar las cl\u00e1usulas de requisitos de as-built en sus documentos de licitaci\u00f3n para nuevas instalaciones de redes zanjadas y sin zanjas.<\/p>\n

Reduct equipar\u00e1 y formar\u00e1 a los contratistas designados con la tecnolog\u00eda de cartograf\u00eda girosc\u00f3pica adecuada. Una vez en funcionamiento, los expertos de Reduct pueden supervisar a distancia el rendimiento de cada herramienta de medici\u00f3n, operador y cartograf\u00eda. Pueden enviarse informes diarios o semanales a la empresa de servicios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n
