L'un des principaux d\u00e9fis auxquels l'industrie est confront\u00e9e est l'installation en temps voulu d'une infrastructure \u00e0 nombre \u00e9lev\u00e9 de fibres optiques dans toute l'Am\u00e9rique du Nord au cours des 3 \u00e0 5 prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9lai serr\u00e9 signifie que repartir de z\u00e9ro n'est pas une option. De plus, les propri\u00e9taires de r\u00e9seaux veulent capitaliser sur les investissements pass\u00e9s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans l'infrastructure de conduits, plus particuli\u00e8rement l'investissement dans les conduits PE 1\u00bc\". R\u00e9trospectivement, la taille de conduit 1\u00bc\" n'aurait peut-\u00eatre pas \u00e9t\u00e9 le choix pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 si les exigences en mati\u00e8re de nombre de fibres 5G \u00e9taient connues il y a 10 ans, mais le fait est qu'il y a maintenant beaucoup de conduits vides disponibles et le message \u00e0 l'industrie est clair : faites en sorte que cela fonctionne pour la 5G !<\/p>\n<p>Les fabricants de c\u00e2bles \u00e0 fibres et les fournisseurs d'\u00e9quipements d'installation de fibres ont relev\u00e9 le d\u00e9fi. De nombreux fabricants de c\u00e2bles \u00e0 fibres proposent d\u00e9sormais un c\u00e2ble de 1 728 fibres pour les conduits de 1\u00bc\" dont le diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur est d'environ 1\". Bien que r\u00e9pondant aux demandes actuelles du march\u00e9, ce type de c\u00e2ble pose plusieurs d\u00e9fis d'installation en raison de sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction relativement limit\u00e9e. La rigidit\u00e9 du c\u00e2ble, un espace annulaire limit\u00e9 et l'\u00e9tat et la forme des conduits install\u00e9s (anciens) sont quelques-uns des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s qu'il faut bien comprendre pour assurer une installation r\u00e9ussie.<\/p>\n<p>La rigidit\u00e9 du c\u00e2ble et de l'espace annulaire est une donn\u00e9e, mais le calcul de la tra\u00een\u00e9e caus\u00e9e par la forme de la gaine est une variable moins \u00e9vidente. La principale raison en est l'absence de cartes pr\u00e9cises (historiques) de l'\u00e9tat des lieux, ou en d'autres termes, nous ne savons tout simplement pas o\u00f9 se trouve la gaine ni sa forme exacte. Souvent, les donn\u00e9es disponibles sont limit\u00e9es \u00e0 XY uniquement, la profondeur est une valeur fixe suppos\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>couverture. Une deuxi\u00e8me raison est que la combinaison de l'espace annulaire limit\u00e9 et de la rigidit\u00e9 du c\u00e2ble signifie qu'une s\u00e9rie de petites ondulations dans la forme de la gaine (qui se produisent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en profondeur) peut provoquer une forte augmentation du facteur de tra\u00een\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Si les tests effectu\u00e9s apr\u00e8s l'installation r\u00e9v\u00e8lent que le c\u00e2ble install\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente des d\u00e9fauts de d\u00e9bit, le jeu des reproches peut commencer : est-ce l'entrepreneur ou les fabricants ? Quelle que soit la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette question, les dommages tels que le co\u00fbt du c\u00e2ble, le co\u00fbt de la main-d'\u0153uvre et les co\u00fbts des retards sont un fait. En fin de compte, toutes les parties prenantes sont perdantes en cas de dommages li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'installation, de sorte que leur r\u00e9duction doit \u00eatre une priorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Condux International et Reduct se sont associ\u00e9s pour d\u00e9velopper l'ABM-30, un appareil de cartographie qui d\u00e9livrera rapidement et avec pr\u00e9cision la forme d'un conduit de 1\u00bc\". Bas\u00e9 sur la technologie de cartographie \u00e9prouv\u00e9e de Reduct pour les conduites de plus grand diam\u00e8tre (actuellement, le plus petit outil a un diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur de 1\u215c\"), l'ABM-30 aura un diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur de 1\".<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3972\" src=\"https:\/\/reduct.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/ABM-30-design.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"468\" height=\"185\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Figure 1 : Conception de l'ABM-30<\/p>\n<p>Le lancement commercial est actuellement pr\u00e9vu pour le troisi\u00e8me trimestre de cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Il est pr\u00e9vu que, apr\u00e8s un seul passage dans un segment de conduit, la sortie de la forme standard puisse \u00eatre t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9e dans des programmes de calcul de tirage ou de soufflage existants tels que le logiciel Condulator\u00ae de Condux ou le logiciel Pull Planner\u00ae de Polywater.<\/p>\n<p>\"Condux s'efforce d'offrir la solution la plus compl\u00e8te du march\u00e9 pour le d\u00e9ploiement de la 5G\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Eric Cope, PDG de Condux International. \"Nous pensons que l'outil ABM-30, ainsi que les sondes de cartographie existantes pour les conduits de 1\u00bd\", 2\" et 3\", apporteront des avantages significatifs aux entrepreneurs et nous sommes ravis de l'inclure dans notre portefeuille d'installation de c\u00e2bles.\"<\/p>\n<p>En plus des donn\u00e9es de forme, la sortie contient \u00e9galement des donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9cises <em>longueur du segment<\/em> informations. Alors qu'aujourd'hui, les longueurs de c\u00e2ble command\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un exc\u00e8s d'environ 10% de longueur de segment en raison de l'absence de meilleures donn\u00e9es conformes \u00e0 l'ex\u00e9cution, des donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9cises sur les longueurs permettront \u00e0 l'entrepreneur de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies importantes sur les c\u00e2bles exc\u00e9dentaires.<\/p>\n<p>D'autres avantages directs attendus pour l'entrepreneur sont une efficacit\u00e9 accrue de la planification. L'ABM-30 aura un diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur pratiquement \u00e9gal \u00e0 celui du c\u00e2ble \u00e0 haute teneur en fibres, soit environ 1 pouce. Ainsi, il sert simultan\u00e9ment de pied \u00e0 coulisse pour tester la circularit\u00e9 de la gaine. Si l'activit\u00e9 de cartographie est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avant de mobiliser l'\u00e9quipe d'installation, celle-ci disposera de meilleures informations. Si n\u00e9cessaire, des points d'acc\u00e8s interm\u00e9diaires peuvent \u00eatre creus\u00e9s ou des r\u00e9parations ponctuelles peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es avant de mobiliser l'\u00e9quipe d'installation, ce qui augmente encore l'efficacit\u00e9 du processus d'installation.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que l'objectif premier du d\u00e9veloppement de l'ABM-30 soit d'obtenir le <em>forme<\/em> d'un conduit enterr\u00e9 (c'est-\u00e0-dire l'identification des sections droites, des courbes, des ondulations, etc.), un module logiciel optionnel sera propos\u00e9 pour obtenir des donn\u00e9es XYZ pr\u00e9cises.<\/p>\n<p>\"Les r\u00e9seaux dorsaux de donn\u00e9es sont con\u00e7us dans un souci de redondance. Par cons\u00e9quent, une coupure de c\u00e2ble n'entra\u00eene pratiquement jamais de perte de service et, par cons\u00e9quent, les donn\u00e9es As-Built pr\u00e9cises n'ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 une sp\u00e9cification primordiale\", d\u00e9clare Otto Ballintijn, PDG de Reduct, \"Mais l'augmentation du nombre de fibres rend chaque coupure exponentiellement plus co\u00fbteuse et plus longue \u00e0 r\u00e9parer. Les propri\u00e9taires de r\u00e9seaux de donn\u00e9es commencent \u00e0 voir l'avantage \u00e0 long terme des donn\u00e9es As-Built pr\u00e9cises et les sp\u00e9cifient de plus en plus pour les nouvelles installations ou avant l'installation des c\u00e2bles.\"<\/p>\n<p>Sur une base nette, <em>forme<\/em> ou <em>la pr\u00e9cision de XYZ<\/em> La cartographie devrait augmenter l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'installation des c\u00e2bles de donn\u00e9es et r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt d'exploitation d'un r\u00e9seau de donn\u00e9es sur toute sa dur\u00e9e de vie. Le temps suppl\u00e9mentaire n\u00e9cessaire pour obtenir des donn\u00e9es de forme est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 environ 20 minutes par segment de conduit.
