Dilema ketepatan yang dibina<\/b><\/h2>\n

Peta terbina yang tepat adalah penting untuk keselamatan dan integriti rangkaian utiliti bawah tanah. Apabila memberikan projek pemasangan rangkaian baharu kepada kontraktor, utiliti menjangkakan atau menganggap bahawa mereka akan menerima data terbina selepas pemasangan. Tetapi itu tidak selalu berlaku, terutamanya apabila dokumen tender utiliti tidak jelas tentang ketepatan terbina atau kaedah pengukuran yang akan digunakan. Apabila dibiarkan terbuka untuk tafsiran, data yang tidak tepat seperti yang dirancang, atau lebih teruk, berakhir di platform GIS.<\/p>\n

Walau bagaimanapun, banyak utiliti enggan mengetatkan ketepatan terbina atau keperluan kaedah dalam tender kerana mereka tidak mempunyai cara untuk melaksanakan proses Jaminan dan Kawalan Kualiti (QA\/QC) untuk mengesahkan keperluan.<\/p>\n
