Het as-built nauwkeurigheidsdilemma<\/b><\/h2>\n

Nauwkeurige as-built kaarten zijn essentieel voor de veiligheid en integriteit van ondergrondse nutsnetwerken. Bij het gunnen van nieuwe netwerkinstallatieprojecten aan aannemers verwachten of gaan nutsbedrijven ervan uit dat ze as-built gegevens van na de installatie ontvangen. Maar dat is niet altijd het geval, vooral wanneer het aanbestedingsdocument van het nutsbedrijf onduidelijk is over de as-built nauwkeurigheid of de te gebruiken meetmethode. Wanneer dit voor interpretatie vatbaar is, komen onnauwkeurige as-built gegevens, of erger nog, in het GIS-platform terecht.<\/p>\n

Veel nutsbedrijven zijn echter huiverig om de as-built nauwkeurigheid of methode-eisen in aanbestedingen aan te scherpen omdat ze niet de middelen hebben om een kwaliteitsborging- en controleproces (QA\/QC) te implementeren om de eisen te verifi\u00ebren.<\/p>\n

Reduct Cloud Services erkent dit dilemma en heeft de As-Built Check (ABC)-service ge\u00efntroduceerd. De ABC service integreert technologie, training en kwaliteitscontrole in een one-stop concept. Het nutsbedrijf hoeft alleen de as-built vereiste clausules aan te passen in hun aanbestedingsdocumenten voor nieuw aan te leggen sleufloze netwerkinstallaties.<\/p>\n

Reduct zal de aangewezen aannemers uitrusten en opleiden met de juiste gyro-mapping technologie. Eenmaal operationeel, kunnen Reduct-experts de prestaties van elke meting, operator en mapping tool op afstand monitoren. Dagelijkse of wekelijkse rapporten kunnen naar het nutsbedrijf worden gestuurd.<\/p>\n

  • Het hulpprogramma voegt nauwkeurigheids- en methodespecificaties toe aan het aanbestedingsdocument voor nieuwbouw.<\/li>\n
  • De aannemer levert zoals gewoonlijk het as-built rapport.<\/li>\n
  • Tegelijkertijd worden prestatiegegevens naar de Reduct Cloud gestuurd voor kwaliteitscontrole.<\/li>\n
