O dilema da exatid\u00e3o do as-built<\/b><\/h2>\n

Mapas as-built exactos s\u00e3o essenciais para a seguran\u00e7a e integridade das redes subterr\u00e2neas de servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos. Quando adjudicam novos projectos de instala\u00e7\u00e3o de redes a empreiteiros, as empresas de servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos esperam ou assumem que receber\u00e3o dados as-built p\u00f3s-instala\u00e7\u00e3o. Mas nem sempre \u00e9 esse o caso, especialmente quando o documento do concurso da empresa de servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos n\u00e3o \u00e9 claro quanto \u00e0 precis\u00e3o do as-built ou ao m\u00e9todo de medi\u00e7\u00e3o a utilizar. Quando deixados em aberto para interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o, os dados imprecisos como planeados, ou pior, acabam na plataforma GIS.<\/p>\n

No entanto, muitas empresas de servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos t\u00eam relut\u00e2ncia em refor\u00e7ar os requisitos de precis\u00e3o ou de m\u00e9todo as-built nos concursos porque n\u00e3o disp\u00f5em dos meios para implementar um processo de Garantia e Controlo da Qualidade (GQ\/CQ) para verificar os requisitos.<\/p>\n

Reconhecendo este dilema, a Reduct Cloud Services introduziu o servi\u00e7o As-Built Check (ABC). O servi\u00e7o ABC integra tecnologia, forma\u00e7\u00e3o e controlo de qualidade num conceito de balc\u00e3o \u00fanico. A empresa de servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos s\u00f3 precisa de alterar as cl\u00e1usulas de requisitos as-built nos seus documentos de concurso para novas instala\u00e7\u00f5es de rede com e sem valas.<\/p>\n

  • O utilit\u00e1rio acrescenta especifica\u00e7\u00f5es de precis\u00e3o e de m\u00e9todo ao documento de concurso para novas constru\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li>\n
  • O empreiteiro entrega o relat\u00f3rio \"as-built\" como habitualmente.<\/li>\n
  • Simultaneamente, os dados de desempenho s\u00e3o enviados para o Reduct Cloud para garantia de qualidade.<\/li>\n
